It can help with consciously working on yourself  or when experiencing big life changes like changing careers or moving long distance. This plant is especially sympathetic and supportive of trans women and non binary people as kindred spirits. Jack or Jill-in-the-Pulpit can be soothing of emotional pain and stress caused by change and also protect from the evil eye in the form of harmful thoughts from others or from within yourself.
